Reservations can be made via the online reservation form on the hotel website (hotel.vsb.cz), by e-mail at or by phone at +420 596 996 155. The reception is available 24 hours a day.
Check-in is possible from 14:00. Check-out takes place no later than 10:00. If you need a different arrival or departure time, please contact the hotel reception in advance.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the tariff selected when booking. The current terms and conditions are always stated when booking online or will be communicated to you by the reception. Specific terms and conditions apply to corporate events and group stays: cancellation is free of charge 30 days before the event; if cancelled 15–30 days in advance, the deposit of 50% of the rental and accommodation is forfeited; if cancelled 15 or less days in advance, the full amount must be paid.

The hotel is located at Studentská 1770/1, 708 00 Ostrava-Poruba, on the VŠB-TUO campus. The center of Ostrava is about 10 km away, Ostrava–Mošnov Airport is about 20 km away.
By bus: The Studentská stop is right next to the hotel — bus no. 37 provides a quick connection from the Ostrava Svinov train station and also from the bus station or the city center.
By tram: The VŠB TUO stop is about 7 minutes walk from the hotel — tram no. 8 also provides convenient transportation from the Ostrava Svinov train station or from the Ostrava main station.
